Introduction

Capsanthin, also known as capsicum red, is a kind of tetraterpenoid orange red pigment in mature red pepper fruit, which belongs to carotenoid pigment.
Capsanthin not only has bright color, high color price, strong coloring power and good color retention effect, it is widely used in the coloring of aquatic products, meat, pastries, salads, cans, beverages and other foods, but also can effectively prolong the shelf life of simulated foods; It has high safety, nutrition and health care, and has been proved by modern science to have anti-cancer, anti radiation and other functions.

Conclusion
At the request of the consignor, we attended at the warehouse of the above-mentioned goods  on  3rd Mar 2022. According to the standard No. SN/T0231-1993 and SN/T1122-2002,  2 barrels were  drawn at random as representative samples and inspected with results as above.The goods is in good condition. The quality of the goods conforms to that stipulated in the Sales Contract no.HBHR220301C-1.

 

Functions and Applications

Capsanthin takes natural pepper as raw material and is treated by high-tech complete saponification process to form free and efficient capsanthin which is easy to be absorbed by animals, supplemented with trace elements such as vitamin E, which is safe and healthy, and can make poultry skin, egg yolk and aquatic products achieve satisfactory color.
1. Effectively improve the skin, foot diameter and egg yolk color of poultry, showing the orange color of natural stocking;
2. Inhibit free radical oxidation in animals and improve cell activity;
3. Improve the fertilization rate and hatching rate, improve the quality of young birds and enhance the body immunity;
4. The pigment form of the product is stable, easy to absorb and fast coloring, especially in poultry eggs;
