Diclazulide is a broad-spectrum triazine based anti coccidian drug that mainly inhibits the proliferation of sporozoites and schizonts. Its activity peak against coccidia occurs during the first two days of the life cycle of sporozoites and schizonts. It has a killing effect on coccidia and is effective at all stages of their development. It has good effects on the tenderness, pile type, toxicity, Brucella, giant and other Eimeria parasites in chickens, as well as the parasites in ducks and rabbits. After mixed feeding with Dikezhuli to chickens, a small portion is absorbed by the digestive tract, but due to the small dosage, the total amount absorbed is very small, resulting in less drug residue in the tissue. On the 7th day after a single dose of 1mg/kg mixed feeding, the average residual amount in chicken tissue was measured to be less than 0.063mg/kg. Dikezhuli has low toxicity and is very safe for livestock and poultry. Long term use of this product can easily induce drug resistance, so it should be used intermittently or for a short period of time. This product has a short duration of action and the effect basically disappears after stopping the medication for 2 days.
